- One lighter weight that ranges from 3,5,&8lbs
- One heavier weight that ranges from 12,15,&20lbs

- something that’s heavy weight (I.E. a heavy weight, a couch, a chair, something you can anchor your hands underneath to do abs
✅ A bar for martial arts/kickboxing moves
- a heavy bar (recommended weight 6 or 8lbs), a wooden dowel shoulder height, or a broom stick
✅ Resistance Bands of your choice
